How I work:

1) I advise your leadership team on the necessary organizational and culture changes required to implement a true "account management" function that drives revenue growth.

2) I partner with your service team leaders to implement the process and technology, teaching them how to lead and support the account management function.

3) I coach the account managers (and other client facing roles) to gain access to client side decision makers, align with their priorities and capture growth opportunities.

My engagements typically last between 1 and 9 months while I am embedded with your team as the fractional head of account growth. Once you've adopted the system and your team has the skills to achieve your revenue targets - I exit and leave it in the hands of your internal service leaders.
